Start on the Market Pulse tab: read the Summary, then filter the Heat map by direction or pick a coin with Symbol.
- 2 2. Review the context
Tap a tile in one symbol’s heat map to open that coin and timeframe on the MACD Signal Insights tab.
- 3 3. Continue your review
Choose Market Breadth, Signal Timeline or MACD Profiles, and add price, event and divergence layers only when they answer your question.

What to review first
Read Market Pulse as a map of alignment, not a trade list: see the distribution, narrow it, then inspect one tile. It has two tabs: Market Pulse (Summary and Heat map) and MACD Signal Insights, which shows each MACD profile over closed candles with the events between them; read agreement first, then momentum, then events.

Start with Summary
Top Bullish and Top Bearish rank up to ten symbols (an Administrator can change this) where every MACD profile points the same way on a timeframe. Symbols the scanner also confirms on more timeframes come first, then more MACD timeframes, then more Strengthening; ✓ marks scanner agreement and Opposing counts timeframes where every profile points the other way. Tap a row to open the symbol in the Heat map. Each symbol is listed on its dominant side only: more agreeing timeframes, then more scanner-confirmed ones; a full tie lists it on both.

See whether the monitored coins are broadly bullish, bearish, mixed, neutral or in conflict.

Tap a direction button
Bullish, Bearish, Neutral, Mixed or Conflict shows only those tiles. On a phone these buttons are always on screen.

Pick a coin with Symbol
One tile is one coin on one timeframe. Never read a short-timeframe tile as the direction of the whole market.

Read the tile’s tooltip
Alignment score, Scanner score and Source status. Stale, Incomplete or Missing in the legend means the tile is not current evidence.

In one symbol’s heat map, tap a tile to open that coin and timeframe on the MACD Signal Insights tab: MACD Profiles, Signal Timeline and Market Breadth over time.

MACD Signal Insights: Pick a view
Market Breadth for the whole market, Signal Timeline for one coin’s signals, or MACD Profiles to compare profiles; then set Symbol, timeframe and 6h / 24h / 7d.

MACD Signal Insights: Read the badges
Profile agreement (for example Bullish 2/2), Momentum (strengthening / weakening), Noisy or Stable, and Signal strength.

MACD Signal Insights: Follow the lines and markers
Each profile’s line is its histogram. Dots mark a Bullish or Bearish crossover, Direction changed or Momentum acceleration.

MACD Signal Insights: Read the event lines
Turn on Show signal events and divergences: green Confirm Long, red Confirm Short, orange Exit, plus Pullback, Early Watch and Divergence. Hover a point for the profile values.

MACD Signal Insights: Check against price
Turn on Show price overlay (and Show tenant trade outcomes for past trades) and compare with nearby timeframes. Past outcomes are evidence, not a trigger.

How to read this widget
Market Pulse
Use these points to interpret the visible values before moving to a related record or decision.
Alignment state colours
Green is bullish aligned and red bearish aligned. Neutral means no directional alignment; Mixed indicates incomplete or differing direction; Conflict indicates disagreement between sources or profiles.
Inspect before trusting the score
Hover or tap a tile for the trend, MACD direction, configured-profile count, alignment state, and histogram context. Strong alignment still needs fresh source data and risk review.
Choose the view for the question
Market Breadth compares the distribution of scanner states. Signal Timeline follows one symbol through time. MACD Profiles compares each enabled profile without creating a second, duplicated chart.
Read momentum as a sequence
Use the zero baseline, acceleration marker, profile agreement, crossover recency, stability, and normalized strength together. A profile moving toward zero may be weakening before its direction changes.
Add context selectively
Price overlay helps relate momentum to market movement. Event and divergence markers identify notable transitions, while tenant trade outcomes support visual review. Extra layers can be hidden when they obscure the profiles.

Use these definitions to interpret the widget consistently across cryptocurrency and stock markets.

Cryptocurrency markets
Use several timeframes because crypto trades 24/7 and local session liquidity changes throughout the day. Short profiles react quickly to crypto volatility and produce more noise; confirm with volume, funding, and a higher timeframe.
Stock markets
Anchor the pulse to the primary exchange session and treat pre-market/after-hours alignment separately. Use slower profiles around session noise and earnings/news; confirm with price structure and volume because MACD is lagging.
