Delete your My Coin Trends account

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to My Coin Trends.
2. Open Settings.
3. Open Profiles.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Enter your password and confirm the permanent deletion.

Cannot access the app?

Email [email protected] from the address registered to your account. Use “Account deletion request” as the subject and include only the information needed to identify your account. We may verify your identity before completing the request.

What is deleted

The account is disabled permanently and identifying profile information, credentials, active sessions, device events, password history, personal coin selections, and user preferences are removed or anonymized.

Limited records we may retain

Security audit records and records required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, or Malaysian legal obligations may be retained for the applicable period. Retained records cannot be used to restore access to the deleted account.

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. For an email request, we will acknowledge the request and complete verified deletion within a reasonable period permitted by applicable law.
